New build interior design in Metro Vancouver
On a new build, the cheapest time to change something is while it is still a drawing. Lighting positions, storage, millwork and finishes all get decided long before anyone can see the room, and the decisions made at that stage set what the finished house feels like.
Specified before the framing goes up
We come in from the architectural drawings forward, coordinating with your architect and builder so the interior is resolved in step with construction rather than chased afterwards.
The founder
Julieta Diaz
Coquitlam-based interior designer with more than 14 years of experience and over 40 projects across Canada and Mexico, working on residential, commercial and corporate interiors.
I believe a good interior designer listens first. My role is not to impose my style, it is to understand how you live and what you need, then guide you toward a space that feels authentically yours.

06 Contractor Selection
We present our trusted contractor network and help you compare quotes. You always make the final decision. We simply guide you with the expertise to choose wisely.
07 Project Execution & Reveal

Ask about your areaFrequently asked questions
At what stage should we bring in an interior designer?
As early as the floor plans. Room proportions, storage, and where light falls are interior decisions as much as architectural ones, and they cost almost nothing to change on paper.
Do you work with our builder and architect?
Yes. We work from the architectural set forward and coordinate with the builder through the trades, so the design intent survives construction.
What does this cover?
Space planning, millwork design, lighting and electrical layouts, finish specification, plumbing and hardware selection, and furniture where it is in scope.
Do you work on presale or spec homes?
Yes. Spec and presale projects need a scheme that reads broadly rather than to one owner's taste, which is a different brief and worth discussing early.
Can you help if construction has already started?
Often, though options narrow quickly once framing and rough-in are done. Get in touch and we will be straight with you about what can still change.
Tell us about your space
Every project starts with a conversation about how you want to live or work in the space. Bring us the room, the floor plan or the whole house.
