Renovation design · Metro Vancouver
Interior design for home renovations in Metro Vancouver
A renovation is a series of decisions made in the right order. Space planning comes before finishes, lighting is designed before the drywall closes, and millwork gets drawn before anything is ordered. Get that sequence wrong and the cost shows up later as change orders.
Reworking a home you already have
We take a renovation from the first walkthrough through drawings and specification to install, working alongside your contractor rather than handing them a mood board and hoping.

Our interior design renovation process
01 Inquiry
Fill out our inquiry form describing your space, timeline, and what you’d like to change. The form feeds directly into our project management system.
02 Discovery Call
A 15-minute call where we learn about your project and confirm we’re the right fit. Honest, direct, and focused on whether we can help.
03 Personal Site Visit
Our team personally conducts the first site walkthrough. We see how the rooms function, where the light falls, what’s working, and what isn’t.
04 Proposal
Once we complete the walkthrough and agree on the details, we will send you a custom-written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment.
05 Design & Specification
We develop your decorating concept: colour palettes, material specs, furniture and finish selections, all documented before sourcing begins.
06 Contractor Selection
We present our trusted contractor network and help you compare quotes. You always make the final decision. We simply guide you with the expertise to choose wisely.
07 Project Execution & Reveal
We oversee the build, coordinate deliveries, manage timelines, and handle the details, so on reveal day, you walk into a home that exceeds everything you imagined.

Ask about your areaFrequently asked questions
When should a designer join a renovation?
Before demolition. Layout, lighting positions, plumbing moves and millwork all need resolving while they are still lines on paper. Bringing a designer in after framing limits what can change and adds cost.
Do you work with our contractor?
Yes. We attend site meetings, review shop drawings and finish samples, answer questions during the build, and coordinate the install.
Can you help with just the kitchen?
Yes. Kitchens carry the longest lead times and the most coordination, so they are often the room where design support pays for itself most clearly.
What drawings do we get?
Layouts, elevations, millwork drawings, lighting and electrical positions, and a finish schedule. Enough for a contractor to price and build from.
How long does the design stage take?
A single-room renovation is usually four to six weeks of design before construction. A full home takes longer, and the timeline is driven by decisions and lead times more than by drawing time.
