03 Personal Site Visit
Our team personally conducts the first site walkthrough. We see how the rooms function, where the light falls, what’s working, and what isn’t.
04 Proposal
Once we complete the walkthrough and agree on the details, we will send you a custom-written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment.
05 Design & Specification
We develop your decorating concept: colour palettes, material specs, furniture and finish selections, all documented before sourcing begins.
06 Contractor Selection
We present our trusted contractor network and help you compare quotes. You always make the final decision. We simply guide you with the expertise to choose wisely.
07 Project Execution & Reveal
We oversee the build, coordinate deliveries, manage timelines, and handle the details, so on reveal day, you walk into a home that exceeds everything you imagined.

What does a professional organizer do?
A professional organizer works through a space with you, sorts what is there, and rebuilds the storage around how you use the room. That means decisions about what stays, where things live, and what containers or millwork the space needs to hold its shape.
How long does home organizing take?
A single pantry or closet is usually a day. A full kitchen or primary bedroom runs one to two days. A whole home is staged over several sessions so the decisions stay manageable.
Do I need to be there for the session?
For the sorting, yes. Only you can decide what stays. Once those decisions are made, the setup and labelling can happen without you.
Do you take away what we decide to remove?
We separate donations, recycling and disposal as we go and coordinate the removal so the work does not end with bags sitting in the hallway.
Do you organize and design, or one or the other?
Both. The studio works across interior design and organizing, so a project can move from decluttering into millwork and storage design without changing hands.
