Single room design and styling in Metro Vancouver
Not every project needs walls moving. A room that has never quite worked usually has a layout problem, a lighting problem, or a scale problem, and all three can be solved without a permit.
One room, reworked without construction
We rework a single room end to end: space planning, furniture layout and sizing, lighting, window treatments, art and styling. It is the fastest way to see how we run a project before committing to a larger project.

Our room design and styling process
01 Inquiry
Fill out our inquiry form describing your space, timeline, and what you’d like to change. The form feeds directly into our project management system.
02 Discovery Call
A 15-minute call where we learn about your project and confirm we’re the right fit. Honest, direct, and focused on whether we can help.
03 Personal Site Visit
Our team personally conducts the first site walkthrough. We see how the rooms function, where the light falls, what’s working, and what isn’t.
04 Proposal
Once we complete the walkthrough and agree on the details, we will send you a custom-written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment.
05 Design & Specification
We develop your decorating concept: colour palettes, material specs, furniture and finish selections, all documented before sourcing begins.
06 Contractor Selection
We present our trusted contractor network and help you compare quotes. You always make the final decision. We simply guide you with the expertise to choose wisely.
07 Project Execution & Reveal
We oversee the build, coordinate deliveries, manage timelines, and handle the details, so on reveal day, you walk into a home that exceeds everything you imagined.

Ask about your areaFrequently asked questions
What is included in a single room project?
Space planning and furniture layout, sizing and selection, lighting, window treatments, art and final styling. No construction and no permits.
Can you work with furniture we already own?
Yes, where it fits the new direction. We assess what stays and what does not, and a good room usually mixes both.
How long does one room take?
Six to ten weeks from design sign-off to install, driven mainly by furniture lead times rather than design.
Which rooms do you take on?
Living rooms, primary bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices and nurseries most often. Kitchens and bathrooms usually involve construction, which puts them under renovation instead.
Can this lead into a bigger project?
Often. A single room is a scoped project in its own right, and it shows you how we run a project, which is why many clients carry on into the rest of the house.
Tell us about your space
Every project starts with a conversation about how you want to live or work in the space. Bring us the room, the floor plan or the whole house.
